"Zimmer war zwar renoviert, jedoch nur optisch. Bad war alt, aber sauber. (Klapp)Stockbett eher eine Katastrophe, da uralt. Bett war neu aber schon wackelig. Zur Kühlung gibt es nur einen Ventilator und Zimmer war sehr heiß und die Luft abgestanden bei Ankunft. Familienzimmer ist sehr beengt. Positiv ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals hervorzuheben und das sehr gute Frühstück. Wir waren drei Tage dort, würde es aber eher nur für die Durchreise mit einer Nacht empfehlen."

"The room was very clean , but was disappointed with the location of the room . It had no windows but had an exit door with textured glass . When you opened that door there was garbage and old cigarettes in an ashtray. No parking at the hotel , unless you paid and were able to find a vacant spot .i arrived very late .. none available. Had to park in a lot 2 blocks away . Very expensive to park car 2 days 400 Danish kr. Breakfast was very good , buffet style with so many options and only 75 kr per person ."

"The staff was friendly and very helpful. This hotel is not built for hot weather (30 Celsius), but they did provide a fan and the windows open wide. The location was great and everything was walkable. The hotel is a bit dated but decent."

"The property was beautiful and grand. Check in was very chaotic with no instructions. We wandered around until we found an envelope on a desk with our name on it. Then we had to wander around to find our room. It was delightful wandering with a lot to see and the grounds were breathtaking!"

"Very friendly staff. The location is perfect for nature lovers and those wanting a quiet escape. It is a 20 minute walk from Middelfart and 30 minute walk from Middelfart train station, which is a bit of a way but doable and worth it. From the hotel we saw porpoises deer and a variety of birds. Superb views of the little belt and the two bridges from breakfast and dinner."
