This stay is beautiful. The details im the room and hotel are impeccable. The staff was acommodating. The only issues were a large number of guests smoking in the rooms and hallways in a smoke free property and a almost emtirely ineffectual wifi.

Property said there were three beds in the one room, but there was two beds in one room and then a separate bed in the room next door. The facilities were clean, modern and had great air conditioning. The location is a little out of the old city or shopping district or Bund, but we took a taxi to all very cheaply. There is also public transportation nearby.

Had some problems checking in but the staff were super friendly, spoke english and was just reassuring through the stay.
Only issue was the smoke smell around the halls for those in dorms but it goes away once in the capsule.

I loved the neighborhood and the French Quarter, there are all kinds of cool, interesting restaurants, and coffee shops. I felt very safe at all times and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
I would recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai.
