「The lady who checked us in and the gentleman who check us out were extremely professional, helpful and worked with a smile -even though they were extremely busy. Would also like to mention the lady in the restaurant (Thai lady - N) sorry can't spell name. She was very professional and anticipated needs extremely well. Thank you. Room was of a good size, included kettle & fridge. Loved the window section which had table & chairs. Bathroom included toilet, shower and sink, with showergel/shampoo...

「The hotel was incredible, a boutique experience, everything brand new and of the best quality, it was perfect. The staff was kind and very attentive without being intrusive, excellent attention to details and to facilitate everything we needed. The hotel is brand new, all the furniture and appliances were of the best quality, the arquitechture and details were excellent. We had a private pool we enjoyed a lot with our kids. By far the best hotel we were in the last couple of years, you can tell...

Management could train staff to be more forthcoming about amenities such as availability, exact location, hours, etc. I stayed for two night and was unaware of the pool - or exercise room, which I would have gladly used! A/C info needed as well…. Who controls it? Turns out the front desk… let people know when they are admitted.」
