The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...

"The hotel is located in a very nice location in Diani Beach. The beach is very clean and well maintained. There were activities every night. The rooms were large and clean with all amenities. Staff were excellent and the food (all inclusive) was superb. I would stay there again on my next visit."

"Environment and room were clean. 2’things to note were the ants which I found slightly invasive. One could spray the floor of the external perimeter of the doors facing the pool and patio area with a pesticide before guests arrive to keep ants out. Also towels shed a lot. So an investment in higher quality towels for the rooms would be great. Outside of these 2 issues the stay was awesome."
