"A lovely hotel just a five minute walk to Ostuni centro storico. I arrived by car, for a one night stay, and was able to make use of the free secure overnight parking just 300 meters along from the hotel. The staff were very polite and welcoming, both at reception and throughout. The hotel is furnished to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Although situated on a main thoroughfare, there was no street or traffic noise overnight. The breakfast offering was excellent. Probably the best of my 10 day Puglia trip. Mostly continental-style, with lots of healthy cereal nut and fruit options, along with the usual pastries breads cheeses and eggs etc. Would certainly recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Ostuni Palace Hotel Ristorante & Spa. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of Ostuni right outside the hotel and only about a 10-minute walk to the historic centre. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was very good with a great selection. Another big plus was the free parking, which made having a car in Ostuni so much easier. Breakfast and parking being included made the stay even better value. We didn’t get a chance to try the spa during our stay, but it’s a nice option to have on-site. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Ostuni."

"We were independent travellers not part of a group but this hotel mainly seemed to cater for large groups. It's a great location for exploring the area but a car is needed. The rooms are ok, clean, good bathroom, bed a bit hard but generally ok for a few days. (Sadly our room overlooked the pavilion where parties took place several times and this made it very noisy until late. There was no warning from staff or any kind of apology.) Breakfast was adequate but often cleared away by 9am despite the fact it was supposed to be available until 9.30am. Similarly, the bar was good but again the staff cleared up and went home by 10.45pm without any warning even though many people were still sitting and drinking and the information in the room said it was open until 11pm. Generally we didn't always feel like we were valued guests. The local area has several local restaurants within walking distance. We didn't find out the hotel has a sister with a beach access until the day before we left. It wasn't advertised or mentioned anywhere."
