「The first disappointment was how close by the road was.It makes sense for an old hotel, but I found the constant noise and traffic unpleasant and certainly for sitting on the verandah. Also no breakfast is served which is mentioned on website though it definitely was not happening. And lastly I found it tacky to demand a dollar each for drinks in the beverage area.If it costs that much they could incorporate it in the room charge. It just seems unwelcoming」

「Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. BIG drawbacks were the front doors have no automation- not sure how that is ADA compliant. Have to try to hold them open and drag luggage through two sets of doors. Next, there is not an elevator. I had to drag two suitcases, my briefcase and purse up the stairs to the second floor. Fortunately, I can make a few trips and successfully do this, but it would not be safe for someone with issues with balance or strength.」

「It’s a new hotel which is nice. Food at the bar was awful. I ordered the cheese fries and a chicken Caesar salad. Basic but done poorly.
Wanted coffee in the morning when I woke up. No coffee cups in the room. Also, elevator floor was filthy.」
