Reception was air conditioned on a warm day with professional and welcoming staff and room key within a minute. The room is ideal, quiet with good WiFi and a ten minute walk from the historic town.

Zimmer klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Es war alles sauber. Im Zimmer war es ruhig und kaum etwas von anderen Hotelgästen zu hören. Zu einigen Zimmern gibt es keinen Aufzug, daher musste man das Gepäck die Treppen hochtragen. Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar. WLAN Verbindung häufig nicht möglich gewesen. Parkplätze des Hotels sind ziemlich klein und kosten 8€ pro Nacht. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Die Dame am Empfang beim einchecken war nicht sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer und Hotel war sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück Buffet für nur 9€. Das Hotel liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof, hat einen Parkplatz. Einzelzimmer ist in Ordnung, es war sehr sauber! Die andere Dame am Empfang während des Aufenthalt und beim auschecken war sehr freundlich. 10 Minuten zur Fuß in die Innenstadt und Altstadt. Es war einigermaßen ruhig, da Hauptstraße und Gäste im Hof laut waren.

Super zentrale Unterkunft

Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und dem Schloss entfernt habe ich das Hotel wegen Theaterbesuchen gebucht und bin von der Lage und dem Service (konnte lange vor der Zeit netterweise meine Reisetasche im Zimmer deponieren) sehr begeistert. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig. Ich komme gern wieder.

Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, das Zimmer ruhig. Auch mit offenem Fenster konnte man gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Sehr ärgerlich fand ich das Wlan. Die Verbindung war immer wieder weg, es war nicht möglich einen Zeitungsartikel online an einem Stück auf einem Tablet zu lesen. Das Wlan in der Bahn ist besser. Ich habe mir daraufhin täglich eine Zeitung gekauft, trotz digitalem Abo einer Tageszeitung und einer Wochenzeitung. Ich bin mehrmals im Jahr in Fulda und habe schon mehrere Hotels ausprobiert. Lage, Zimmer, Frühstück, Restaurant sprechen dafür hier öfters zu buchen. Das es nicht möglich ist, einfache Artikel ohne Film- oder Bildmaterial zu lesen, spricht dagegen und ich werde nicht mehr buchen. Schade, den alles andere passte.

Up and Down , But...

Vi kom en søndag eftermiddag. Kunne ikke komme ind. ventede 25 min, inden en sød dame kom forbi og hjalp os med at komme ind. Det viste sig, at der ikke var personale om søndagen. Det gælder måske kun inden 1. april. ??? Vel ankommet på vores hotelværelse, der var så fint, fandt vi ud af, at der ikke var restaurant om søndagen.??? Heldigvis var der en fin vejledning til restauranter i Fulda. Resten af vores ophold og udcheckning næste morgen var fint. Vi ved ikke om fraværet af personale er afhængig af tidspunkt, men jeg ville skrive på hjemmesiden, at udenfor sæson er der ikke åbent for kunder, og ikke restaurant. Bortst fra det var det et godt ophold og resten var 1. klasse. MVH Helle

Alles in allem ok, aber wenig Komfort

Rezeption war (anders als angegeben) zum Anreisezeitpunkt nicht mehr besetzt und Code für Schlüsselkasten war mir nicht bekannt. Bin nur durch Zufall an den Schlüssel gekommen. Zimmer sehr kahl eingerichtet, kein Bild an der Wand, kein Teppich, eher wie Jugendherberge.

Zentrumsnah gelegen, nur wenige Minuten bis in die Innenstadt von Fulda, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch recht annehmbar

Die Unterkunft an sich ist schön, das Zimmer zwar klein, aber akzeptabel für den Preis. Der Service lässt insgesamt jedoch zu wünschen übrig und zeigt keinerlei Kulanz. Probleme werden auf das Buchungsportal abgeschoben.
