The hotel was old, but the location of hotel is very nice, easy to get to old town area by walk. Poor WIFI connection, and some of Staffs was not really friendly.

床好像有點塌陷，底下有用木板，房間很大，早餐還不錯，離車站和逛街地方都很近

房間比一般酒店大，樓底高且充滿空間感。浴室亦很大，有足夠地方放衣服。但可惜花灑頭座崩毀了，使用不便。早餐選擇豐富，職員親切有禮。雖然設施較舊，但可以接受。

非常舒適的酒店，而且很近車站，但不會很嘈，房間很乾淨，服務員也很好，早餐選擇很多，距離市中心也很近

Spacious and convenient
Close to the train station , all you need after visiting Neushwanstein Castle in a rainny day. Other tourist were rushing to the train station and desperately hoping the train will come soon, while we just walk back to the hotel casually and enjoy the hotel bar. Beautiful scene from our room, can see the round about with the statue , without say the snow peak at the back.

你有更好的選擇
是我遇過Check in最最費時的飯店！！明明已經檢查過護照，竟還需要填寫兩位旅客詳細資料包含姓名、住址、生日...等等。重點櫃台人員非常無理且粗魯，一副快給我寫的樣子！害我髒話差點飆出來！還有插座很多卻不能充，我用台燈的插頭才順利充電！

Location is good.
The location is good. Room is big enough for 3 family members. It's not at a good price compared with the offerings, but Fuessen is such a visit area especially in summer holiday peak season.

quite good hotel with nice service and close to bus station. breakfast is just fine but that's not a concern if you're planning visit the castle soon after.

Wifi is too slow even not work! Air-con not cold enough, open wider window would be a better choice to get the room cooler. Except of those, all good, bed; breakfast; toilet, cleanliness is perfect.

電梯太少，旅行团多
客房寛敞，地點優越，但每層房間很多，電梯得兩部（入住那天其中—部还修理中），在往早餐時遇到幾個旅行团退房，升降机等很久非常不便。停車場極窄，七人車難以進入。

Not bad
This hotel locates at 2 mins walk from the Fussen Station. Room is big and the toilet floor is heated, very good for cold days! However the hotel does not provide free wifi and you have to pay for 5 euros for one device. Overall not bad.

一进房间就闻到一股臭味，厕所里居然没有换气设备，不可理解，其他尚可，酒店旁边就有一个超市，买东西比较方便，早餐质量一般

Location is great!
The hotel is in the center of Füssen. Good restaurents are just nearby and it's convenient to go to the castles.

The hotel was nice and staff were very helpful. However, there was construction in front of the hotel which made it difficult to get to. But once we found a way around the construction it was easy. Plus the bus stop was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We were able to take the bus to the castles easily with the Füssen card that you get a check-in.

Nice, clean place, good breakfast. A bit expensive. Unfortunately, no fridge in the rooms, which is a bit unexpected for a 4star hotel. No English channels beside the news channel. The lady at the reception (unfortunately I don’t remember her name but I believe she is Bulgarian) is unbelievably friendly and helpful.
