"Could not access property upon arrival. supposed to have staff at front desk for check-in from 1 - 5. Arrived 1:30, no one on duty, no one answered intercom by front door. Finally got response an hour later. No one actually on duty the whole two days we were there. WiFi goes down at least twice per day, sometimes for hours while we ry to contact someone to fix it. "They have a place with a great potential but they could care for it a bit more. For example replacing broken lamps and missing bulbs, soundproofing the rooms (you hear all the conversations and other unpleasant noises next door), cleaning the decoration fabrics in the room, etc.
An extra effort would largely pay for a more comfortable stay."
