「The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. There was no staff at the Hotel that I could call and I was too worried about leaving my room. So no help during the...

La tapa del sanitario sin asegurar, fue mejor retirarla para evitar "algún daño". El hostal no cuenta con personal, la comunicación por whatsapp fría, pésimo servicio al cliente. 「It is good for a stop over only. Very basic and decoration is dated. We visited in winter and could not appreciate the garden and the pool. I am sure summer will be better for staying in this hotel.」
