When I email your restaurant that I have food allergy to "fish", and you reply email saying that you have an independent menu that have removed lots of allergic ingredients, I would easily tend to understand that you have got my message. It turns out that there are lots and lots of fish, including a whole piece of fish with it's head still there.
hopeless restaurant.
