At one point, a woman pepper-sprayed a man and robbed his room. He crouched in the hallway, screaming and screaming until the police came. The staff was super helpful though! They helped rinse out the man's eyes and were super nice to us. The breakfast was also awesome. It was much better than what I was expecting.」
