「good location.but my room‘s bathroom was not cleaning before i check in. It's so sad！」

「Impeccabile, perfetto in tutto. Staff cordiale e disponibile nelle esigenze del cliente. Pulizia accurata, eccellente prima colazione.」

「I drive from Siena for a long way to expect the romantic trip. I choose the most beautiful pic on hotels.com. BUT it's really a nightmare to choose this hotel. I booked four star hotel but all I can stay is "only the room". I have to check in and eat breakfast in another hotel which is far away from 10 minutes walk. After eating, I have to walk back cause the HOT spots is near the hotel where I originally booked. OMG! It's really cold outside. The shower water was about 25-30 degree and the...

「What a wonderful experience. The B&B is only a 7 minute easy drive from downtown Urbania. We sat outside our suite enjoying coffee and looking at the town below. Just follow signs along the dirt road to the B&B. 」

「Nice hotel, great food at the restaurant but the prices they charge to use the spa facilities are too high.」

「Immerso nel verde, personale gentilissimo, stanza confortevole e con acceso molto comodo, colazione ricca con dolci fatti in casa, consigliatissimo!」

「Camera pulita, personale gentile.」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the room large and nicely furnished and the owner was so helpful setting up an evening guide so we could see the palace」
