The hotel is nice, looks like they could put a better seat on the toilet it peanches you and I did tell them about it, I don't think they will do anything about it

Pésimo, totalmente falta de higiene

Regadera con sarro, piso sucio con cabellos, toalla de manos neja, no pusieron tapete de baño. Quise planchar, y al ver que no encendía solicité una nueva y me pidieron bajar por ella... No era la plancha,bera el contacto doble de luz no servía . La sabana de la cama también con cabellos largos que asco (yo tengo cabello corto y mi esposo no tiene cabello), como hicimos check in en la noche no nos percatamos de todo esto hasta en la mañana. Al salir del baño y caminar descalza en el piso de la habitación nos percatamos también que no habían trapeado, terminé con los pies sucios con cabellos y solo dí diez pasos. El marco de la puerta principal rota.

Media hora en el check in. La habitación huele a caño. Las toallas rotas, no hay klinex, no hay agua para beber y ofrecen el desayuno hasta las 10am y lo retiran antes de la hora.
