「This property was budget friendly and easy to get to. There is nothing around it for restaurants without a drive. The paint was cracking on the walls and property could use an upgrade. Continental breakfast was good - toast, english muffins, yogurt, eggs (hardboiled but frozen) and waffles. The drink machine froze up and wasn't always working. The ice machine was in another room that we found (not told about), only because we saw it. The rooms with two beds could use an additional chair, so you...

「Free parking just in front of our room. Staff was nice and welcoming. The room was surprising clean and it was a comfortable stay 」

「Nice lady at the desk remembered me. Wifi was decent, easy parking and good access to the 401. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain so I took it apart and cleaned it, told the owner to come have a look but he never did. I should get a free night. 」

「Totally wrong booking. We were searching and trying to make the booking of Jasper. How could it go through to this hotel? And there's no email address for us to contact...So sad experience.」

「Okay. However, I had booked two nights, but beause of approaching freezing rain storm and a five hour drive ahead, I had to cancel the second night, and was not given any refund. Even a partial refund would have been appreciated.」
