「Hôtel avec chambres possédant petite kitchenette très pratique. Chambre et salle de bain propre, gel douche qui sent très bon, bon accueil, parking couvert ( pratique en cas de chaleur ! ). Établissement bien placé pour moment shopping secteur Bordeaux Lac.」

「The room was dirty, and the shower leaked. Some of the PowerPoints were also hanging out the wall. The staff did not respond to communication. The room was incredibly hot in summer with only a fan to cool. The location was okay, and able to walk into the city.」

「The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor.
