「Apart from me having to contact them and the stress of getting and returning the keys place and staying were great and hoatwas excellent at sorting it out just process and key access needs to be improved」

「It is listed as: Entire apartment, Sleeps 2, Popular amenities, Self-parking included, Garden, Free Wi-Fi. The term Entire apartment is missleading. The fact is it is a room in a house. It is ensuit. This room is on the 1st floor. The Kitshen is shared and is on another floor. There is double bed, so technically you can have 2 people sleeping on the same bed. 「Be careful. You can't check in after 5pm! But this is not clearly stated when you book.」

「The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive.」

「Only advantage near railway Station and rental car」

「We will never stay onsite at Alton Towers again if this property is available! Closer to the park entrance than hotels, no need to battle the monorail crowds. Georgina the owner was extremely friendly & her communication for check in was excellent. The home itself was newly renovated to an exceptionally high standard. Perfectly clean with all the amenities provided for a short stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be booking again if lucky to find it available.」

「Property was clean. Not as stated entire property. Shared facilities. Bathroom via the kitchen on ground floor had child. Did not feel we could relax here as thought we had entire apartment. Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best.」
