「room was of good standard staff were very polite and accommodating enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again / one small suggestion maybe a mop of some sort in the on suite as floor stayed very wet most of the time after showering thank you 」

「Internet and TV did not work in our rooms (room 25 and 27) for 6 out of 7 days we stayed at the property. Only the first day did it work. In the common areas, we could access wifi, but in our rooms the TV and internet did not work. We informed the property and reminded them each day during the week (monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday) multiple times per day. 「Have stayed at the Inn many times, always enjoy the stay, In the past we have found the rooms to be very hot overnight, on this occasion the heat was off the scale, so much so we had to sleep with the front door open, they need to install air conditioning, our sleep wasn’t great at all, The staff are lovely, have always been great to speak to, however on this occasion the guy taking out order at dinner was abrupt and very slightly rude,」

「Whilst the staff and facilities were good, I was disappointed with the food. I had the coronation chicken terrine starter.which had a large piece of chicken skin in it. The staff offered me a replacement which I declined and they did not charmed for it. I later asked if I could have fresh fruit for dessert which the said would be available for breakfast. At breakfast the only fresh fruit available was watermelon. I may be picky but I feel that these minor items should be catered for.」
