I called the hotel in frustration, and Alessia patiently stayed on the phone with me, figured out exactly where I was, and guided me step by step until I arrived safely at the front door. That level of personalized service is rare and greatly appreciated. Lastly, I can't forget to mention the rooftop bar—a perfect spot to wind down in the evening with an aperitivo while enjoying the views of this beautiful city.
