"We had a very small room inland snug but unfortunately in the heat the small fan given to us was inadequate to cool the room. We had dinner in the Jetty which was fabulous down by the waters edge with.a delicious prawn spaghetti and cod with crab.served by a very helpful young lady who was rushed off her feet. Very helpful staff and a lovely continental breakfast"

"The hotel was lovely and staff very welcoming. We had a cozy room, which was exactly that, small and cozy but had lovely linen, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities and copious amounts of hot water. A nice addition was a small fridge. We didn’t plan to spent our days inside so it was perfect. It is a prefect base to explore the lovely town of Christchurch and local areas. "The property is situated in a quiet setting and just a few minutes walk from the magnificent seafront. Being a Inn and a weekend stay.. quite busy during the day and early evening, but to be expected. Staff were very polite and helpful and the food was to a very good standard. "Nice welcome from Yas. Room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. A/C in room was much appreciated. Tea, coffee making facilities and welcome biscuits a nice touch. Staff friendly. Free parking is available on 1st come basis with 5 slots available, otherwise it's street parking nearby. Only downside of our allocated 1st floor room was being at front of property and road traffic noise wasn't great for sleeping. Good location for walking to town centre and local amenities."
