Great place, super customer service!

We came from Prescott, AZ for a family emergency. Check-in was smooth, the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the carpeting needs to be replaced and their plumber must have done the plumbing in the dark. Knobs on sink we’re not installed properly and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The Suite was very nice, the maids made the room up very quickly. Everyone from the staff were very friendly and helpful! I would still give an overall rating of 8.5! If we ever have to return to Fresno we will plan to stay here!😁

I have been waiting for a manager to make a incident report. My granddaughter steps on glass and I got bitten by ants that were in all our food after we had already moved all our stuff to another because there was no air conditioning just heat coming out the vents.

Dirty and falling apart

I used to stay here all of the time while growing up. I loved it. It used to be so well taken care of and clean. Now everything is dirty and falling apart. The room we stayed in smelt horrible. As soon as you opened the door the smell was there. The carpet had stains everywhere and left our feet black. The bathroom shower head faucet was broken so we couldn't even shower. They used to have a beautiful little breakfast area, that my kids would look forward too, but not anymore. The breakfast they say that they provide is a "Grab & Go bag"... with a muffin and something to drink. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Partner and I booked here last minute on a road trip north without looking at reviews. Big mistake. Was a bit surprised to see that suites were available but we were short on time and wanted to stop for the night. You definitely get what you pay for. Front desk staff was not friendly at check-in and had to ask my age even though I had already given him my license. All but paused check-in as two of his friends came in and he offered to open the pool up for them, after hours I’m guessing. No directions or map given to the room. Was also surprised to see a high deposit for such a cheap room, as well as the number of policies you have to sign before entering, several of which I noticed were broken during our stay. No smoking of any kind, but I smelled both cigarette and weed smoke from within our room, and quiet hours after 10pm were ignored by our neighbor until past 11pm. A few things were damaged in our room, like the security lock on the front door, toilet flush handle, toilet paper holder, and lock on the bedroom door. I ended up taking videos of a bunch of damages in case they decide to keep our deposit. My partner also noticed bugs on the bathroom floor. The garden in the center of the premises is a nice touch, but that would be the only highlight of our stay. The hotel has good cleanliness standards listed on the booking but not really sure how many of those are actually practiced. We’d recommend spending a bit more to stay at a chain with higher standards.

pay at the property price is not what will pay. you will end up paying additional nine ninety nine as hospitality fee, which would be fine if its mentioned in the fee information section of expedia, these are hidden fees

the room was covered in stains on all the carpet and seating areas. pretty sure there was blood on the floor outside of the bathroom. the shower had 0 water pressure as the head was so old all the water just cascaded down to the floor from behind the shower head. the staff was mediocre- they TECHNICALLY did their job but begrudgingly and not well. the only up side was the silence in the hotel and the fairly safe location.
