Pool and hot tub was not clean and ready for use. Also, the pool is not heated and we were not able to enjoy it as we hoped, we just used the hot tub. Staffed cleaned it the next day which we appreciated. Breakfast was good, room service was excellent. Front staff could be more welcoming.
