The staff delivered a 5 star hotel service. Friendly and very professional people who facilitated in every way possible the resources at hand. Highly recommend!
The room was decent, except there was only one little packet of coffee and the handle on the coffee pot waa messed up, which put spout on the side.
The bed seemed clean enough, but had absolutely zero support. We seniors with back and other problems would be in trouble if we had to spend more than one night on those excuses for beds.

Kinda Sketchy This Place
This evening, when I arrived at my room, there was a large group of Mexicans playing loud music and riding skateboards in the parking lot. Doesn’t always feel safe.
I was pleasantly surprised with this spot! Budget is tight and travel ball isn't cheap, so I rolled the dice and booked with America's Best. I definitely got a great rate. The room was clean, beds were clean and didn't make crazy noises, the shower pressure was great, no mold in the shower, towels were clean, and my door locked properly. The parking lot was lit up all night.
The smells are rough. I don't put that exclusively on the hotel. That's the city itself. The fridge is so loud that I had to disconnect it. You can hear everything that goes on in the lot, so wear earplugs.
Check and and out was super easy. Overall good experience.
I was going to use their phone to reach the receptionist there was no phone cord . I was going to make me a cup of coffee. The machine didn’t work there was a coffee filter left in the coffee pot, the coffee pot burner was rusty. so I did not have a cup of coffee, when I got there at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, I had to talk to the receptionist through a night window. The lobby was closed , on a good note there was towels the bed was made the room smelt good ,the room wad vacuumed the noise wasn’t too bad
Would not recommend no communication between front desk and maintenance staff (no fault of the maintenance staff) all I can say is don’t even give it a look. The issue was my wife was starting to change when the door to the room opened it was a maintenance man going to fix something in the bathroom and was told the room was vacant. Now just imagine the surprise.
Room was clean, but towels smelled like cigarettes. There is no hot water in the shower. There is no water in the pool and they do not serve breakfast as advertised. Front door is always locked and you need to use the night window, which is not that big of a deal to me. But it was definitely not what it is advertised to be. It is not in downtown. It is surrounded by auto body shops I will not be staying here again and do not recommend it.
The light in the room above the desk was connected to the tv and the fridge wasn’t plugged in and the smoke detector was chirping in the middle of the night . It kept waking me and my husband up
The photos online is not how the hotel looks. The lobby doors were locked at 2pm and it looked abandoned inside. There was a mess all over the floors and I had to check in through a side window. The rooms are very outdated and need work.
First of all, the most important thing is, there was no batteries in the smoke detector. There were roaches all over the bathroom. The tub was dirty. The beds had fill on them. The blankets had cigarette burns in them and so did the curtains. The remote didn’t work. I’m not sure if the batteries are no good and the TV only got three channels oh, and when we turned on the AC, it smelled like burnt roaches even the box springs were look like they had been wet and dried and they look nasty and ugly. The room did not smell good at all.
The staff was friendly but the pool that I chose the hotel for was closed in 90 degree weather and I had to take an ice cold shower in the morning because there was no hot water.
