「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「I really enjoyed the location. It felt like living as a Parisian, right in the middle of everyday city life. The area is vibrant both day and night, with people constantly on the move or simply enjoying themselves, and plenty of small, unique restaurants to explore. 「フロントスタッフが居ない事、部屋の清掃、タオル交換が別料金である事を予約前に確認すべきでした。格安なホテルのこのシステムが今一般的なのでしょうがスタッフとの連絡が取れないのが大変不便でした。　特にセイフティーボックスが故障した緊急事態でも「スタッフは行けない」「電話をしろ」との返答をエクスペリアを通して伝えられただけでした。　部屋は新しく清潔でキッチンも整っておしゃれなタイニーハウスの様で快適です　観光拠点にも最高でしたが不安だらけの滞在でした。」

「羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。」

「Perfekte Lage für einen Kurztrip in Paris. Zimmer war größtenteils sauber, an manchen Stellen etwas staubig. Als störend wurde ein Licht von einem Netzteil an der Decke empfunden, welches die ganze Nacht leuchtete. Aufgrund der Deckenhöhe konnte man hiergegen nichts unternehmen. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.」
