"Hotel had no hot water and room needs new carpet"

"I always liked staying here. The welcome staff was wonderful but the evening staff was rude and terrible. I mean exptremely rude. I have never been treated so bad and spoken to in such a bad manner."

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels and lighting in the room was good. Our air conditioner did not work in our room and we had to pay extra for parking, $42.76 per night, had to pay $50 deposit, which we weren’t aware of this before we arrived at the hotel. I’m not sure if we will stay there on our next trip to Austin."
