I really wished the internet worked. It was horrible without. They said internet was available, but it took hours to get on and when I did it only last 15 minutes. They really need to fix it. Bathroom shower was leaking, one of the lights to turn on did not work.

Rooms werent ready in arrival, pets welcomed but hotel wasnt clean due to pet mess everywhere, homeless problem on premises, rooms werent clean and very run down. Would not recommend to anyone with kids or not.

Stayed here with two separate room bookings, and unfortunately the experience was very inconsistent and disappointing overall. The downstairs room we originally stayed in was unacceptable. It had a strong unpleasant smell and we encountered cockroaches, which immediately made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. Our second room upstairs was noticeably better and more decent overall, but the bathroom had ongoing issues the entire stay. The toilet would not flush properly because the tank wasn’t filling correctly. We informed the front desk, and instead of addressing the actual issue, we were simply offered a plunger, even though the problem clearly had nothing to do with a clog. The staff was polite enough, but basic room maintenance and cleanliness should not be overlooked. We made the best of the situation because we didn’t really have another option during our stay, but this experience definitely did not meet expectations.

Room was clean but they need Care more for their property. Trash everywhere broken glass. People walking around the property that don't have rooms noisy upstairs guest dogs always barking no peace. Please address address these problems. Thank you a forever guest ❤️

You may have some noises here and there by some people staying there, but overall, its fair enough. The location is good as well, walking distance to a supermarket, some shops and restaurant. It can save you some money as well.
