When I arrived they had "just received" my reservation, before I said my name. No rooms were available, but they'd be willing to show me their expensive suite. They were disinterested in providing a refund, and so I basically lost my money, maybe the Expedia process will come through. I'd be super cautious with them if you can't afford to throw away the cost of a room.

Staff was amazing. Amy was very pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff was very present. My room was nice and clean .. the furniture was a bit outdated but spacious and clean. The quiet peaceful atmosphere, great neighborhood and full kitchen made up for it. I would stay here again 100%. Perfect for a short stay amazing for a long stay. Safe for single travelers.

Room clean and good bed. OK for 2 star motel. Main reasons for staying there was close proximity to relatives and the price was great. Definitely recommend it. Will stay again.

Older facility, but well-maintained. Front office staff (Amy) was great. Room clean; we appreciated the ADA-height toilet! Quiet location; Starbucks on Ohlone College campus w/in 5-10 minute walk. Good value for the price.

Stayed at this location as I had a funeral to attend down the road at St. Josephs which is next door to the Mission. It is a 10 min walk, 15 with my suitcase, but absolutely accessable. Anyway, the staff at Mission Peak Lodge were incredible. Friendly. I assume kind of family owned. That is the vibe you get with the rooms also. Big rooms with balcony. Full refrigerator! If I were staying longer that would have been a great way to eat for less. Everything was clean and comfortable. Reminded me of the 90s with the decor, but that fine. It was comfortable. If I am in the area in the future I will stay again.

I have to say Mission Peak Lodge takes the cake as the worst motel I've ever stayed. Before arriving, I called to ask about the deposit and Amy, hotel manager, told me it would be $0 as long as I didn't pay cash. I called later to tell them about my service animals and the deposit raised to $50, even though I reminded them service animals are medical equipment not pets. Once I got there Amy told me my deposit would be $300! I fought with their hotel management company and it was lowered to $100, which they still refuse to refund 2 days later. I booked the Superior room with a kitchen, hardwood floors, and double windows in the bedroom. I was given something cheaper with carpet and everything was smaller than pictured. The fridge handle was broken, the stove burners didn't work (they came and got 3 of the 4 to turn on and told me I only needed 3), the TV didn't work half of the time, there's signs everywhere saying no smoking but guys are smoking day and night everywhere. I had a theft take place in the laundry room and Amy and their hotel management refused to do anything to help. After reporting, the man involved in the theft stared into my hotel window from his balcony all night long. I was terrified but they refused to refund my night. I had to involve the authorities twice and was recommended to sleep with my door and window barricaded. The cops said the motel is full of unhoused, mentally unstable, and drug addict tenants. Do NOT stay here if you value your life!

It was just m e and my son I rented for work I wanted to stay ...but when I asked they said they where all book and when I went on line they had rooms so I had to move all my stuff and got a good motel by my jobcalled good nite inn
