"I always stay here when flying out of Munich.Normally I give a 5 star review because it’s the perfect combination of ease, great service, great breakfast, etc. On this trip I was shocked as a frequent traveler to be treated rudely at check in, a young man who appeared to be training a young lady seemed very put off at having to check me in. She actually rolled her eyes because I was tired and didn’t know my Hilton # off the top of my head and they had to use my e-mail to look it up. I usually love this place and I will stay there again but I must say it dampen my evening."

"This hotel is a great option if you’re staying in Munich since it’s just a 5 minute walk from the main train station. The room was a bit small, but not bad by European standards and the shower stall was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Unusual for a European hotel, the room had an air conditioner which would be a game changer in warmer weather. The price was quite good for a heart of Munich hotel and for what you get it is well worth it. I wish I had stayed there my entire time in Munich instead of just the night before flying home. You will save a good bit in public transportation costs as well since you’re right there at the main station. I absolutely recommend this property."
