A gem of a hotel

Lovely hotel conveniently located to the high street and restaurants. Nice to relax in the evening in the lounge area with a nice glass of wine. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful.

Cosy but potentiel to improve.

Cosy but quite worn out hotel. Beds nice except for pillows that were filled with foam and not feathers or feather like.the wall to wall carpeting needs replacement. Nicely styled corridors but fake flowers just give a non clean impression. Use real flowers. For the breakfast it had too many small cut up bits and pieces. Prefer less of a choice but fresh.

Hotel is extremely dated. Restaurant & bar was closed with no prior notice before our arrival. Hotel provided a cot but no mattress for the cot or bed linen. We chose this hotel because the bathrooms had a bath which we wanted for our son as we always bath him before bed. The water was dark yellow with black segments in it. Clearly unsafe to wash in. The bedside table was the minibar which we were told to use as they were closing the communal areas. In the end we decided we had to leave and we were then refused a refund. AVOID!

Hotel mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Lage super zentral in einer Nebenstraße, Bahnhof und Fähre fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren an einem Wochenende dort, bis tief in die Nacht wird leider in der Fußgängerzone laut gefeiert. Auswahl zum Frühstück reichhaltig, mein persönlicher Eindruck nicht ganz so frisch (Melone), und es sollte aufgrund der Fliegen abgedeckt/gekühlt werden.

Dejligt ophold

Dejligt ophold. Vi blev ved ankomst opgraderet til en suite, hvilket var en positiv overraskelse. Fint værelse, hvor vi dog savnede en almindelig dør til badeværelset. Rigtig god seng, og god plads. Sødt og serviceminded personale, fin morgenmad og rigtig god placering i nærheden af gågade og spisesteder. Ville have ønsket at det var tydeliggjort at der med “pool på hotellet” mentes adgang til svømmehallen på den anden side af vejen - det fandt vi først ud af da vi var der.
