The room was good, but hardly any pressure in the shower, curtain for privacy was broke, the screen door to patio was off track, an the patio it’s self was dirty with bird droppings,half the plug ins could keep anything plugged in

Lots of room and potentially it can someday be a great place to go. The hotel is worn down with carpet stains and moldy showers I wouldn't recommend it to families with younger children

The rooms are outdated and falling apart. The door to my room did not lock from the outside the e door looked like it had been bashed in. Staff didn’t seem to care when the issues were brought up

We booked 2 rooms, one wasn’t ready for an hour. We also requested adjoining or close, the second room was not close. The wifi didn’t work, would connect for a minute or two and then disconnect. The pool was closed for repairs which was the main reason we chose the location. What was quoted online didn’t match when i hit book. No continental breakfast. Signage was poor, hard to find things. Jets in the bathtub didn’t work.

I imagine it was super in its hay day, and it is good now. However the room needs some renovations. The carpet has what looks like burns in it, but the most disturbing was the mattress on the bed. The side of the mattress was open and it looked like pieces of foam rubber had been stuffed in. There was also a strange sour smell.

I was in the tower which was a section that was newly renovated. The room was perfect. I loved the no carpets and it had a microwave and fridge. It had an adjustable fan (white noise that was great.). The room and personnel was top notch

We have stayed in this hotel twice because of its price, location, and convenience. We love being right next to the Regent Mall and close to the Trans-Canada Highway. We also like being close but not too close to downtown. The rooms seem to be recently renovated and are very clean. The staff is also friendly and helpful . This past time we stayed, we noted that the bed was very hard. But it was manageable. The toilet in room 207 runs on and off all the time. But we will probably continue to choose the Fredericton Inn because of the many positives.

The main area of the hotel was very clean, but my room (260) was not very clean, very stained carpet, debris left on the carpet. Garbage cans, recycling bins had garbage in them (abc gum and candy bar wrapping). I slept with my clothes on with no blankets as I felt the bed had not been fully changed as there was a smell of cologne in the bed. I got in late and was leaving early the next AM so didn't have the energy to get another room.

I can assure you that we hold ourselves to high standards, it is unfortunate that we failed to provide that high quality stay for you. In refurb. Reception showed massive signs of wear. Noisy in the morning, with drilling in main area.
Our room was quiet but had black mould and severe condensation problem at the windows so I complained. One staff was very competent and changed our room but the others seemed not to understand. The new room was much better but had long black hair on floor or bathroom, shelf and toilet were not fixed straight. The pillows were horrible. The place needs a lot more care and attention.

Booking through Expedia was cheaper than booking directly with the hotel, and all was smooth. The staff seemed to go the extra length to ensure we were happy and well informed about the property. Our key card stopped working (twice), but they ran a new key care up to our room so we didn’t have to go back down again. We appreciated that. They also gave us breakfast vouchers when they found out we were parents staying with our team (the team got breakfast vouchers). The room was clean and beds were VERY comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated, but very clean and everything worked, so it was no issue. The pool and hot tub area were a bonus that the kids enjoyed. I would stay here again.

I appreciated the location of this property as it was close to medical facilities and other areas of interest.
However, the furniture and overall condition of the rooms was terrible. I booked a deluxe room and was really disappointed. I voiced my concern and was kindly switched to another room in much better condition. A big shout out to Sean who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable.
