As we discussed we take great pride in our guest satisfaction and it is clear that we did not live up to that in this case. The fact that you chose our hotel based on our excellent reviews will I hope allow you to accept that your experience was unusual for us. We are putting measures in place to do a better job of making sure we communicate to our guests that our General Manager lives on site and is available after hours to address issues such as you pointed out. I can assure you that we will remain diligent in making sure that all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience and I hope that the next time you are in the area you will give us the opportunity to do better. I apologize for the room not being of our standard. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our rooms as noted in our surveys. Many choose to stay with us because of our high standards. I again apologies for falling short in your case. We also take hospitality very seriously, so much so, that we have the Resident manger living on site to address any concerns or issues as they arise.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have a microwave ordered and assure you it was safe. The glass front is decorative, but I certainly understand your concern. We take great pride on our cleaning of the property as noted in many guest reviews. We will be sure to keep an eye on public smoking areas.

Christina, Thank you for comments, after an internal review of your concerns we would like to point out that at Affordable Suites we never leave a key on a door. Our staff is specifically trained to make our guests aware of check in options that range from secure expedited check in by leaving your key in a designated lock box and providing instruction on how to access or in most cases to hand your suite key directly to you. Our records do indicate that you were greeted by our on site live in resident manager. We have had a great number of guests from your company stay with us over the years and as is evidenced by our reviews our relationship continues to remain strong with them. We do take great pride in the cleanliness of all our suites and it is surprising that you may have experienced something less than expected in this area. We thank you for your feedback and will continue to work hard to make sure that all guest expectations are met.
