"Ship this place. Bathroom had 1/3 full bottle of mouthwash. Nightstand sticky. Arrived exhausted around 8pm. Request for accessible room had no walk-in shower was not met so I went back to first floor. Front desk worker rude & mgr said there were “diff types of accessible rooms.” Mgr “upgraded” me to the unclean rm, which also had peeling paint on bathroom ceiling. Really questionable neighborhood. Two unkempt people appeared to be loitering outside door in the dark. They offered to help with luggage. I declined. Later saw both of them waiting for elevator. Sat down & waited for next one. "

"Had a great stay at the Royal Sonesta in Baltimore! Tony from valet service was especially nice and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth and easy. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect. Overall, a wonderful experience — I’d definitely stay here again!"

"First impression was checking in over the phone, the staff was rude and laughed at my questions about parking. Checking in, the guy at the desk was extremely grumpy and kind of a jerk. There's broken glass all around the property and needles in right outside the steps in the minimal brush by the main steps to the loby. The hotel had an awful smell in the rooms and loby reeks of cigarettes and marijuana (along with staff).The "dog area" also had broken glass and little square of fake grass in an alley way. I like the Tru hotels, we've stayed in many of them in multiple states around the country and this is First bad experience I've had with one. We will never go to this specific one again. Stay clear of the Baltimore, MD Tru if possible. "

"It was so bad I never ever recommended to anyone else the room was so dirty refrigerator was not working. The room was a smell so bad. The reception was such a mean and breakfasts was includes with the hotel but you have to pay for just egg and bread and bread. $16 for each person please if you want to enjoy your vacation, don’t go this hotel"

"You have to reserve for the pool and will only get 1 hr slots. Pool is on the smaller size. Breakfast was very standard. Valet parking seemed affordable and was quick with bringing car to front door. Lots of food shops near by. Was very kid friendly and offers a pack and play as crib. "
