"This is a nice hotel but what gives it the 5 star rating is the staff. Every person is helpful, friendly and speaks to you on a personal level. I had requested specific beds and it was honored and upon entering the room, they even had the extra bedding we needed ready for us. All of the staff would acknowledge you and was amazing. I would stay here again. Not one bad experience. Eve"

"The staff was very attentive and friendly. Love that there was a shuttle van to take you to Mall of America and bring you back to the hotel. The room was very comfortable, bathroom very clean. We were in the pool, which was very clean. We enjoyed it. Great for families! Loved the breakfast options. My kids loved the waffles. We will definitely, come back to this hotel."
