Lovely hotel in quiet location, spotlessly clean spacious room with comfy bed and nice bedding. Staff very welcoming. Food was delicious, i had dinner and also breakfast the next morning, both very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

A lovely place to stay

This is a nice hotel, reasonably priced, comfortable and nice friendly staff. Stayed for one evening for work purposes and conveniently located between Fraserburgh and Peterhead.

Great hotel

Cracking hotel with very attentive staff. The food was good and the breakfast choices were also good. Only negative was that the Wi-Fi coverage in the room was poor.

The whole experience was great, the friendly welcome on arrival, each and every one of the staff made you feel as welcome as one of their family. The whole place was very, very clean. Food choice and quality was perfect. Prices were very competitive, I was expecting a much bigger bill!! I am sure we will be back if the Angels allow it. Well Done to everybody at the Ban Car.

Hotel was very convenient for Crimond race track. Staff were very helpful. The main road outside was closed due to a burst water pipe. To get to the track would have taken over an hour, instead of 10 minutes if the diversion signs were followed. They showed me how to get there with a minor de-tour and provided a map! Everything was spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay again.

My Ban Carr stay

I was busy working for the bulk of the day, but when i got to the hotel my stay was just perfect, my room was lovely with a great view of the garden, the bed was very comfortable to of which i had the perfect nights sleep, the restaurant was lovely and the food was delicious, i have been here 3/4 times now and will definitely be coming back again.

Good for a cheap night stop

Just what I needed for a night stop. Cheap. I had to shut the window as there was an aircon unit or generator huming outside, but otherwise OK. I was in two minds whether to take breakfast, but when I came down at about 8:15 there was no sign of life, so I just left

Web stated dog friendly, service dogs are free. Well complete lie, charged for our service dog. Staff agreed that there policy had been questioned on numerous occasions. It's not about the money, its about being misled and the lacksidasical,on well, sorry.

Great little hotel

Fantastic trip. Just 1 night here unfortunately. Woukd have loved to spend longer. Really nice hotel, in a great bit of the country. Friendly staff, lovely onsite restaurant and bar. Only downside? The rooms are too warm!
