「Great location, a few minutes walk from town. Beautifully decorated and helpful staff who made sure we had breakfast items in our room bc we had to leave at 5:55am. The sit down breakfast was huge with a starter of meats, cheeses, croissants that my wife said were like being in France, ‘to die for’ then eggs Benedict or any style you like. Comfortable beds with heated blanket.」

「I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even going out of their way to help me with my late flight. They were so nice that they let me access my room after check-out. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.」

「Average stay at a good location close to franschhoek town and also the tram station. Bed sheets didn’t feel clean the first night and we had to request for a change on the second. There’s a small pool however we didn’t really get a chance to use it because there are only a limited amount of beach chairs and guests seemed to be lurking around and jumping to it whenever one became available. Management should consider having a few more chairs there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 」
