Todos são muitíssimo atenciosos e desde o momento do check-in já fomos acolhidos de uma maneira carinhosa e atenciosa. Todos se esforçam para tornar a estada dos hóspedes melhor. 「This hotel is a fantastic base for a visit to the wine region. The hotel is a short drive from Franschhoek with the hotel providing an excellent shuttle bus service. The staff could not be any more friendly or obliging if they tried and we really felt at home here. The only gripe is that the pool beds are not that comfortable but otherwise this a hotel I would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.」
