「The front door was not no one was there till he showed up he told me to move my car out of the way so he can put his car in front of the building while I still haven't unloaded my bags and haven't even got my key yet he did not care it did not serve me and he did not told me he's not going to cancel my booking and I had to leave the place and I went to stay at another hotel this was the worst place I ever been to and I was humiliated just because I was Hispanic I think」
