They don’t come clean your room daily. Don’t bring you towels. The towels they do have first day smelled like they weren’t washed and smelled like stale cigarettes.trash in the parking lot. Hair in the tub and bed. Floor was not swept. Hair. Everywhere. Tampon in the parking lot. Also it was loud there. And the drapes have cigarette burns in therm. The sheets too. Bright lights through the window all night. And food in the refrigerator and microwave! "

I had to call multiple times as the people were making lots of noise then I ended up having to call 911 as someone was getting assaulted, I was worried for that persons life. "

"The drain stopper in the bathtub kept falling down causing the tub to fill up during our showers. I’m 7 months pregnant, so it was difficult having to continuously bend over to pull the stopper back up to drain out the water. Management offered to change my room, but we had already unpacked all of our stuff, set up our 10 month olds crib, and he was ready for a nap. It was too much of a hassle to pack everything up again to move, unpack, and then have to repack. I wish I was offered a discount on my stay for that inconvenience. A piece of the wall trim in the hallway fell off blocking my room also. I had to move it. "

There was fecal matter in the toilet, the tiles are cracking and coming out of the floor in the bathroom, the flooring in the hallway has broken metal thresholds and exposed screws in the second floor. The breakfast was actually good, but I would personally prefer a hotel that values cleanliness over their breakfast. "
