「Very nice hotel, got there a little early and the manager who was standing in the lobby got us in a room before check in which was great! Hotel was also being updated and looking very modern. Room was clean, staff super nice and friendly and hotel was right behind Galleria Mall, so plenty of shopping if needed. All around great stay!」

「Right off the bat, the rooms smelled. The odor was offensive the second I walked into the room. Not sure what it was. I went down to the lobby and asked the front desk for another room. While I was there, my wife text me that the TV remote didn't work. I was given a new room which also smelled and the Netflix and other TV apps weren't even on the TV. Moved to a 3rd room. Still smelled but not as bad. TV worked but eventually found the phone wasn't working properly and the safe was locked shut....

「It is an older hotel. The room was clean but could use some updating. Breakfast was not included with the room charge but the $10.98 charge is cheaper than going out to a restaurant. The staff was nice.」
