Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber, Staub und Haare konnte man auf der Sofa Lehne finden und 1Handtuch hatte Gebrauchsspuren. Nachts war das Zimmer aber sehr ruhig👍.

Resimlerde mutfak görünüyor ve açıklamada mutfak olduğu yazıyordu ama odada mutfak yoktu. Kettle bile yoktu. Ancak akşam giriş yaptığım için farklı bir aksiyon alamadım. Daire çok merkezi bir yerde olmasına rağmen, sessiz sakindi. Odanın temizliği yeterliydi.

エクスペディアの情報にはフロントは毎日7時から22時まで営業していると書いてありましたが、実際は平日のみの営業でした。チェックインが土曜日、チェックアウトが月曜日だったため、スタッフと会ったのはチェックアウト時のみでした。鍵は暗証番号で受け取りました。 いくつかのアパートメントホテルに泊まりましたが、こちらはホテルというよりアパートだと思った方がいいです。 また、洗濯機があるということでこちらを予約しましたが、見当たらず、チェックアウトの際に確認したところ週末は使用できないとのことでした。その点、きちんと明記して欲しいです。 部屋は、特にキッチンのメンテナンスができていないと感じました。調理器具はなぜか同じ大きさ含めて鍋が6つあり、フライパンは一つでした。フライパン返し3つ、お玉3つ、包丁6本など、重複しているものがたくさんありました。また、トングにソースが付いたまま収納されており気持ち悪かったです。備品管理がされてない印象でした。 良かった点は地下鉄駅から近かったこと、目の前が公園なこと、エアコンがあったことです。 次は泊まらないと思います。

Gut war die Grösse der Apartments. Ruhige Lage. Sauberkeit und Frühstücksangebotnund Präsentation haben noch Luft nach oben. Matrazen lausig, selber keine Parkmöglichkeiten.

locationはとても良く、地下鉄もSバーン・Uバーンどちらも駅にも割とすぐです。 周りの治安も特に怖いと感じることもありませんでした。 街の中心地なので、どこにでも徒歩圏内であるため、一回ホテルに戻ってまた出かける。ということも全く苦痛ではありません。 ホテルは豪華ではないですが、清潔で清掃も行き届いており、スタッフの方もとても親切でフレンドリー。 部屋は一人で宿泊したのですが、広すぎるくらい広く、エアコン完備で快適でした。 ただ冷凍庫があると思っていたので、冷蔵庫のみだったのは残念でした。 バスタブもあり、ゆったりと疲れをいやせたのも良かったです。

Zentrale Lage unweit der Oper in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Leider keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir hatten eine Classic Suite. Ausstattung ok. Frühstücksbuffet war ok. Betten ok. Einzig der Mitarbeiter beim Check-In war völligst desinteressiert. Ständig mit seinem Handy gespielt.

The staff at the hotel is extremely rude and downright racist. The breakfast was ordinary and the staff was unwilling to provide items that had gotten over. My child wanted jam and they were not ready to give us a sachet from the kitchen. We went ahead and bought breakfast every morning from outside! The rooms were not cleaned sufficiently and they didn't even refill the soap containers (even after multiple requests). Would not recommend staying here.

We stayed 2 nights in this apartment and I would highly recommend it. It was very comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. The location was outstanding. We were about 10 min far from the Underground . the breakfast was good. The hotel staffs were very responsive and easy to access, the rooms were very clean and soft beds. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Frankfurt.

J’ai aimé la location de l’hotel. C’est un hôtel qui ressemble plus à un appart’hotel avec un salon une cuisine et une chambre la salle de bain est exceptionnelle. Possibilité d’aller au sauna dommage que ce soit payant et le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus garni. Excellente réservation
