Friendly check in staff. Clean room and bathroom. Service at the bar was efficient. Breakfast was of a good standard self service buffet (I did not try the cook on request options) Sketchy neighbourhood between Hbf main train station and Hotel, recommend using another route (s bahn to Taunusanlage) or taxi particularly at night. Rooms would benefit from USB charging sockets, but staff did offer chargers which was helpful :)

Great Italian restaurant 2 mins walk. Close to shopping and landmarks within 20 mins. Red light district next door but was not a problem. Parking was easy. Comfortable bed and linen. I really liked having a bath tub.

Hotel and service were amazing, no complaints. The location is good as it’s near the central train station. However, the area around the hotel is sketchy, definitely a red light district and homeless doing drugs on the street. If traveling with kids, I’d stay somewhere else.

The staff and location was excellent for the entire stay. However given its location next to the main road the loud traffic in the night can become disruptive.
