住宿都很好，原先給我的樓層對住停車場，我不喜歡，請他更換房間，他都更換了。只是房間上網，一直都做不到，既然是免費，就不用這麽複習回答問題。

舒適值得這個價值的飯店
床很舒適，早餐也很豐富。只是房間的Wifi需要另外付費有點可惜，因此就沒有選擇加購。

房間舒適潔淨, 但最為失望的事, 以現今社會，對wifi這種極其基本設施還要額外收費, 實在難以理解, 作為一個商務級酒店, 坐落現代商業/金融中心城市, 如何面對未來競爭呢? 又如何吸引客人再度重臨光顧呢?

按希尔顿这个标志的酒店来说，它给我的体验感是一般，不值这个价格，但是酒店的位置还不错。很标准的感觉。

Excellent location, service and comfort
We stayed 3 nights. The location is good, not far away from airport and close to subway (only that it was very quiet in the night time). But as it takes only 5 minutes walk to the Shopping Centre, we prefer to walk than taking the subway. The room size is good, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Common facilities for check in and printing boarding pass is very convenient. Overall we enjoy our stay and will definitely come again.

房間無線上網是陷阱..要注意小心.每連上一台裝置就收一次費用.而且收費以隔日收費制.例如:23:00連上線..過了00:00就算新的一曰費用又收一次錢..小心大家別上當了

Close to the city centre
I stayed there for just one night on my way transit to Berlin, the hotel was centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops a block away. Subway was just less than 3 mins away. The hotel is modern and staff are working efficiently all the way from check in to check out. The breakfast that come along with my booking was superb, basically with everything that you will need for a buffet breakfast. Honestly nothing that can be complained.

施設は高級感があり非常に良い。またスタッフの対応も丁寧。立地はHauptwache駅からも徒歩5分ほどで歩ける便利な立地。 2024年3月時点ではホテル東側隣の建物が工事中で歩道が封鎖されており西側からやや遠回りになる。

Services provided by staff doesn't justify the amount they charge per night for stay. We were not allowed to check in at 1pm as tbe check in time was 3pm. Staff is not supportive . We were asked to take higher Suite by paying am extra 280 euros per night if we want to check in early

Unfreundlicher Check in. Personal nicht freundlich und nicht kompetent. In anderen Hilton Hotels besserer Service. Beschwerden wurde nicht anerkannt bzw. erstattet. Falsche Kommunikation. Sehr enttäuschend.

Nice hotel close to a park and a huge shopping area/ mall. Fitness First is the hotel’s gym and pool, but it can get crowded from locals that have a membership there. The breakfast is really good and they have a decent hotel lounge/bar. They have a small executive lounge for Gold (if you book the executive floor) and Diamond members, but if you book with Expedia they may not let you use your membership benefits.

Awesome place in Frankfurt
The hotel is great and has very nice premises. It is very well located, allowing you to be near subway and close to downtown, without the annoying crowds and traffic. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Their gym is partnered with an amazing Club with great amenities such as pools, sauna, very well equipped gym etc

In diesem Hotel hatte ich das Gefühl, dass das Personal noch geschult werden muss. Als ich dieses Hotel mit meinen Koffern betreten habe, hat mich der Herr, der normalerweise meine Koffer abnehmen sollte mich einfach angeschaut und nicht reagiert. Ich musste dann selbst meine Koffer auf das Gepäckwagen stellen. Als ich dann im Zimmer ankam, habe ich schnell gemerkt, dass Handwash Seife fehlt. Ich habe es an der Rezeption zwei mal erwähnt, erst am nächsten Tag kurz vor meiner Abreise haben Sie es gebracht. Von Anfang bis Ende hatte ich leider nicht das Gefühl, das ich mich in einem fünf Sternen Hotel aufhalte. Sehr schade für diesen schönen Hotel
