Dirty room, air conditioning not working so had to keep window open and was loud. For the price it is not worth it, better to pay more to be closer to airport and get a better stay

Great location next to the Frankfurt airport. Short walk or taxi ride to the terminals. Breakfast provided! Good selection of food. Well prepared. At night there is a full bar with a snack order menu.

the Hotel is excellent and it is great if you are needing to spent a night waiting for your next flight. the shuttle is free from the airport to the jotel but you have to pay to go back to the airport the next day.

Not worth the premium price.
Not value for money, we wanted to order a snack, but we’re told no food was available and to go somewhere else. Quilt was too thin. Check in and check out was not smooth, didn’t receive my invoice via email as requested and some other unnecessary messing about. Witnessed an upset customer come down after he had been given a room that was already occupied and the occupant was a lady who was in bed. No excuse for that and left me feeling on edge. Location is very close the airport, so much so getting a taxi resulted in the taxi driver ranting about the short journey the whole way to the hotel, which is about 5 minutes by car, gave him a good tip at the end which shut him up. We were not prepared to wait half an hour for the shuttle bus. So before you load your luggage make sure the taxi is happy to take you there.

A nice hotel convenient to the airport with a shuttle every 30 minutes. Free to the hotel, but 6 Euro charge back to airport. Comfortable and quiet room. Excellent hot and cold breakfast buffet: I mean eggs, waffles, croissants, fruit, yogurt, meats, juice, coffee, etc. Would definitey stay again.

Hampton was an excellent stay - quiet and has everything. Unfortunately, in the evening only pizza was left and no salads. The property should give directions to walk to the hotel from the airport. It is only an 8 minute walk from Terminal 2. With the directions to use the shuttlebus from Terminal 1 doors B5 and B6 took me 1-1/2 hours considering I arrived at Terminal 2 and could have just walked

Our stay at the Hampton Hilton Frankfurt Airport was a pleasure! First of all, the room rate was excellent - a good bargain. Next, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-supplied. Finally, the breakfast buffet, included in the price of our room, was fantastic! If we need a room again near Frankfurt Airport, this is the hotel we will seek, without question.
