Location good for passing through airport. Hotel oversold and half our party was pushed to Sheraton. Rooms were not the same as we paid for. We were promised unlimited drinks, snacks, and breakfast. We were never given location for these services and received nothing other than 1 free drink because we complained. Not a good experience overall. Marriott should treat their frequent travelers better.

Very disappointing. Turning off the main room lights turns off the power in the bathroom which means you cannot go to the bathroom at night without lighting up the rest of the place! Also it turns off the power in the bathroom so you cannot charge your cell phone there.

Within walking distance from airport, so very convenient in the morning before an early flight. Check in was easy, great staff who helped us add an extra bed in our room very quickly. Very quiet, considering next door to an airport!

Great option for stopover at Frankfurt Airport. So walkable. Staff is fantastic and will do everything in their power to accommodate you. Rooms are super comfortable and well appointed.

Great room for a night at the airport
I booked this room because, after a week in Mannheim, I had an early flight from Frankfurt back to the US and didn't want to risk being late because of a train issue. So I spent the night at the airport in the Marriot. Beautiful room. Short walk from the Frankfurt Flughafen Bahnhof and a short walk to the terminals. Breakfast was somewhat a disappointment. The layout of the buffet seemed disorganized and they kept running out of juices because they only had a single pitcher of each juice ot at a time. Also as it was shared with the Sheraton (actually in the Sheraton), it was very crowded and when I got up to get some juice when it was finally replenished someone sat down at my table. Luckily one of the staff told them the table was occupied.

Service was great. Was disappointed that there spa was not open due to no inspection certificate since covid. There website does not mention this. The Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn did have a statement on there site. For the value The Hilton or Hilton Garden Inn or just as good and better value for just a overnight stay inside airport.

The room was very nice. However, the bed, which was advertised as a king bed, was was queen sized. Our room was also unbearable hot and the AC didn’t work properly.

This review is solely about their air conditioning system and how they handled an issue. After checking in we noticed how hot the hotel room was. They don’t really have a AC unit in their rooms but kinda like a thermostat. I put it on the lowest level but it stayed warm. I called the front desk for advise and was told to completely turn it off which I did. This pretty much cut off the oxygen supply to the room. So it was either heatstroke or suffocating… I called front desk again at 11pm and was told that nothing could be done at that time. Very disappointing- especially since I always stay at that hotel when in Germany
