Was good

This was our first trip and stay here and because the the kindness of the owners and the staff we will be back. We had a rental car that went bad and the owners and staff went above and beyond to help us with this. You have a customer for life. Thank you.

Always a great place to stay! The new water park was amazing! Love all the slides and the wave pool!

everthing was very clean

Friendly staff and great pool!

Nice clean room, plenty of space for two people, clean, well-stocked on the first day (we stayed 5 days). Despite being a little short-staffed on housekeeping (they asked us to bring dirty towels down ourselves for fresh if we wanted), it seemed otherwise business as usual for a hotel. The indoor pool was mostly empty, so the privacy was nice while we swam. Breakfast was typical fare for a hotel. Tasty enough for a bite before heading out to look around, though we skipped it the last couple of...

Very conveniently located in the middle of downtown Frankenmuth, walkable to the area stores and restaurants. Amenities were great including the breakfast which was included with the stay. Would recommend this hotel!

Affordable, comfortable, very nice and rustic log hotel

Room was clean. Enjoyed the lounger chair instead of just a desk chair to sit in.. breakfast was great! Nice pool (although a little cold) and hot tub was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Clean, updated, very nice hotel.

Good service and rooms

Great place to stay!

Friendly staff, hot breakfast, comfy suite with kitchenette, pet friendly, convenient location, and indoor pool. Could not ask for anything more!

We found the hotel to be in a perfect location off the high way. Hotel was very clean beds were super comfortable. Nice variety on the breakfast items -- a nice selection of toppings for the waffles and the homemade smoothies were a huge hit -- I give the breakfast a 10++ - we will definitely stay again when we travel through Bay City.

We were in town for a wedding. Great facilities and friendly staff. Everything was super clean and the breakfast and coffee were really great — like cafe quality, not the usual hotel fare.

We stopped for a mid-week one night stay. Only a couple other people were staying there and it felt like we had the whole place (17 rooms total) to ourselves. They have peaceful grounds along a river and a great patio just behind the historic house. The staff was friendly and informative. Japanese Gardens and a children's zoo are a short walk down the street (sidewalks all the way!) They offer a full hit breakfast if there are four or more rooms occupied, so we lucked out! Breakfast was fresh,...

Service was exceptional. I had a small beetle in my room and admittedly overreacted big time but the girl at the front was awesome. Offered to change me rooms and even refund me if I wanted but I switched rooms and it was great.

Room was everything we expected for a couple's weekend getaway. The room was clean and quite big with jacuzzi tub and king size bed. The breakfast wasn't self serve due to COVID restrictions but had plenty of options. Location was convenient and easy access.
