"The rooms were clean, but the carpets were stained and dirty from high traffic. My first room smelled like pee and the 2nd rm they moved me to smelled old and musty. Both rooms were damp, I had to leave the heat on high to dry the air and I'm out while I was out touring all day. I Don't know what the breakfast was like, as I don't eat breakfast."

"The front desk associate that checked me in (name started with a T?) was absolutely wonderful!!!! She was pleasant and efficient not only with me but with everyone else that I saw her help."

"Upon arrival, one of the elevators was broken and during our stay, the second one broke leaving guest having to utilize the stairs. Not enough staff to support guest related issues (there appeared to be only two workers at the front desk to help with check in and address questions/ concerns from guest, which was not enough given there appeared to be a large celebration occurring at the time). Loved that there is free parking but it can be a bit tricky given the lot isn’t big and I had to park...
