O quarto 01, que deveria ser um quarto triplo na verdade foi um outro quarto somente com uma cama de casal, bem menor do que o da foto do anúncio. Além de conter mofos nas paredes e uma cortina muito empoeirada. O quarto 02 era o quarto do anúncio porém o AR Condicionado não estava funcionando. Foi solicitada a troca porém sem sucesso.

Razoável

Atendimentos pessimo e tive problema com a porta. Os quatros são confortáveis para dormir, mas esteticamente não são tão bons, principalmente as fiações, o ar condicionado é da idade da pedra mas por outro lado a cama é super confortável, a TV é boa e os banheiros são limpos, senti falta de um cobertor pois oque tinha era um de pelúcia cinza é particularmente eu acho que cobertores de hotel devam ser brancos. O café da manhã estava perfeito mas tive um problema com a porta, ela simplesmente nao abria depois do café da manhã, tive que descer duas vezes para pedir que liberassem e mesmo assim foi uma dor de cabeça. Não recomendo, creio que tem lugares melhores em Franca, um que amo e o Tow3r.

Excelente, confortável, bem localizado! Adorei o sabonete liquido oferecido, de extrema qualidade e toalhas de qualidade, ótimo tamanho. Ponto alto o café da manhã maravilhoso! Ar condicionado barulhento e camas de solteiro emendadas sem nada para segurar, acabam se afastando um pouco.

Excelente!

Hotel excelente, confortável, limpeza impecável, bem organizado, localização excelente. Adorei te sido atendida com travesseiros extras, pois tenho dificuldades para dormir. Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já encontrei, extremamente farto, gostoso e com uma reposição incrível. Apenas 2 pontos a se prestar atenção: organização das reservas, eu fiz 2 reservas iguais (uma pra mim e outra para um casal de amigos), ao chegar afirmaram que só tinha uma, se resolveu fácil, mas desconfortável, pois o casal não se sentiu bem ao chegarem e informarem que só tinha um apartamento, antes mesmo de confirmarem, poderiam ter me enviado mensagem se ficasse em duvida. E o ar condicionado, do meu apartamento estava desconfigurado e barulhento, no 16 não gelou o suficiente.

Hotel bem no Centro da cidade, estacionamento grande, li comentários que o estacionamento era longe da recepção, mas é só um corredor lateral que tem que andar, nada demais. Elevador realmente é pequeno, mas como são 04 andares de apartamentos, era rápido. Café da manhã sensacional e o roof toop muito bom, tem uma vista linda. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza.

Bom hotel

O quarto era triplo (camas separadas) mas qdo chegamos tinha uma cama casal e outra solteiro, o atendente foi solicito, apesar de estava sozinho no hotel p atender a todos os hospedes. Ficamos no quarto 107 e o ar condicionado estava horrível, não esfriou. O banheiro estava limpo, mas o cheiro estava ruim (faltou um desinfetante ou água sanitária). O cafe da manhã foi maravilhoso! Muita variedade e tudo novinho.

Demora no atendimento e na entrada, tomadas não funcionavam, chuveiro demorava 10 minutos para esquentar, secador desligava sozinho e o café da manhã era frio, ficaríamos dois dias e até encurtamos para um, não sabemos se irão nos reembolsar, pois pedem o pagamento já no checkup, então pagamos dois dias.

Péssima!!! Entrei no quarto e estava sem arrumar, com uso do hóspede anterior. Trocaram o quarto e quando entrei já tinha gente hospedado (sim, um absurdo total e falta de segurança para quem já estava hospedado). Trocaram pela terceira vez, o quarto estava arrumado e bem limpo, mas o frigobar fazia barulho como se tivessem 10 varejeiras no quarto e o ar condicionado fazia tanto barulho que foi melhor dormir com ele desligado… Colchão ruim, quase na madeira… Estava tão exausta que não tive forças pra trocar novamente de quarto…
