My room did not have central heating working and had to use a portable heater. Apparently some other rooms have similar problem and no maintenance to fix on a Saturday evening. The whole experience was one of great things from the booking to arrival to the stay. Extremely comfortable with everything you would need and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Parking is a bonus in Cheltenham.
