Surpreendente

Foi uma experiência perfeita. Confesso que esperávamos um pouco menos e fomos totalmente surpreendidos. A estrutura do hotel é fantástica, os funcionários são educados e fazem questão do seu conforto. Para quem for viajar em época de calor, sugiro confirmar antes da reserva se o quarto tem ar condicionado. O nosso não tinha, porém como não era época de calor, não foi prejudicial para nós. Aliás, quem faz questão de silêncio absoluto, sugiro reservar quartos que deem vista para o lago ou piscina, pois os da laterais podem conter barulho a partir das 8h, com a chegada dos ônibus de excursão, mas nada que seja excessivo ou atrapalhe a experiência. No mais, se tivermos a oportunidade de voltar em Fraiburgo, ficaremos no Renar novamente com toda certeza. Principalmente com nossos filhos.

Bom hotel mas...

O que eu gostei: quartos e roupas de cama limpas apesar dos quartos só serem liberados as 15 hs. Recreacao com equipe bem completa e dedicada. O que não gostei: piscina externa é congelante e a interna é pura sauna o ambiente; cerveja oferecida estava quente no bar externo; almoço pouco variado mas a janta era otima e no final a dona chega com um carro dando buzinada no saguão(!),

tudo escelente, mas dois poontos para aprimorar

muito bom, excelente tudo, apenas duas resssalvas para aprimoramentos.... na manha o os onibus que pega o pessoal para fazer passeios, fica no estacionamento com motor ligado por qyuase uma hora, e quem nao vai no passeio e esta descansando tem o descanso interrompido pelo barulho do onibus e movimentaçao dos passageiros.... e outgro fator e ochuveiro, com baixa pressao.... como disse e para aprimoramento. tudo foi fantastico...

O hotel é muito bom, com quarto grande, amplo estacionamento, muito cuidado com a limpeza e manutenção do hotel. Os jardins são muito lindos e bem cuidados. O café da manhã é excelente.

Quartos não são o que anunciam

Na reserva consta cama queen sendo que os quartos são camas tamanho normal. Hotel não realocou.. No anúncio também consta quatro com ar condicionado e quarto é com ventilador, ou seja, descrição não condiz com o quarto e com a tarifa paga, que por sinal alta demais para o que oferece. Atendimento da recepção péssimo, não fez nenhum esforço para resolver ou realocar.

Bom para crianças

Ótima estrutura para família! Meu filho adorou a recreação, o recreador "tio bigode" foi muito atencioso. Os quartos são confortáveis e tem calefação, oq é bom para o frio de Fraiburgo. A vista para o lago é charmosa. O quarto que ficamos, embora bom, precisava ser renovado. Café da manhã ok. Restaurante tem pratos bons, preço honesto, mas o cardápio meio limitado.

Clássico catarinense

Hotel Renar é um clássico catarinense. O edifício tradicional mantém grande parte de suas características há, pelo menos 25 anos, intactas. Assim, certos aspectos estão carecendo de uma reforma; contudo, a estrutura do hotel está muito bem conservada e, no geral, continua fornecendo aconchego e conforto esperado pelo preço.

Excelente!!

Tenho um filho de quase 3 anos, e o hotel é realmente uma ótima opção para passear com a família ou em casal, pois o hotel está muito bem localizado, oferece um amplo jardim, piscina térmica, sala de jogos, brinquedoteca, excelente restaurante, quartos muito aconchegantes, alguns oferecem banheira e até uma varanda... Já fomos algumas vezes e com certeza iremos novamente!

Estrutura boa.

No geral o hotel foi bom, tem boa estrutura. O item que nos decepcionou foi atendimento. Os funcionários são todos atenciosos, porem poucos funcionários.

What could have been

It is an old hotel with some of the rooms updated and modern. However that is where it ends, service is nonexistent, from the reception which simply greeted me with a "yes?" when I arrived, how about a "Hi welcome to the hotel"; to the breakfast with molded cheese; to the dinner which was promoted as an Arab themed dinner, arrived there ... "sorry, we cancelled it" ... Considering the price they charge it is absurd and shameful. They are located on a privileged site with good views and have a near 40 year history, but that is what they live off, exactly those things and the fact that there was no competition in the city until a recently newly opened hotel next door, hint hint.

Bom local para descançar

A estrutura fisica do hotel está ok pelo tempo de uso e por já ter sofrido um incendio. Percebe-se que renovaram algumas coisas mas a equipe é formada por pessoas desmotivadas e sem treinamento. Não estão preparadas para um hotel com nivel médio superior. O restaurante, embora seja o melhor da região não é nada muito especial. O jardim e a piscina são muito bons.
