If I were entitled to a VIP treatment, noone in reception mentioned anything. The buffet lunch wasn’t very good, a bit bland and with few options. Breakfast, on the other hand, was quite good and with lots of options.

Excellent in every aspect. Front desk staff speak excellent English, friendly and informative. Hotel dinning saves us great deal of time looking for outside places to eat after a strenuous full day trip to see the waterfalls. We enjoyed nice Sunday buffet dinner there. The rooms are nice and clean.

Great Hotel to relax in after a day in Iguazu

Of course, we stayed at Nadai to visit Iguazu. Both the Brazil and Argentine sides. Use of taxi during our stay was our choice of transportation for convenience and is relatively inexpensive compared to the US. We walked when we were around Nadai mostly for food and drinks. The Nadai pool and pool bar was great to relax in after a full day of Iguazu touring.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Facilities, room, and buffet/Italian restaurant were ok. Some other restaurants in the area, a nice mall within a 10-15 minute stroll. Located in front of a military camp, in the main town. It’s about a 25-30 minute drive to the famous falls. Pool is not as big compared to the pictures.

I stayed 4 nights at the hotel: Our room 303 was good, not the way looks like at the pic but was okay. We had problems with our ar condition for the first 3 days. During the arvo around 2-5pm the AC could not keep up with the outside heat, and our room were hot. I complained 3 times, they sent someone asap to look, who instructed me not to put the AC on 16 degrees, to abound the machine to creat ice. Unfortunately that didn’t help at all on third day I decided complain with the manager, she was lovely and opologise and change our room. I wish that were done asap on first day once I complained. The food were great with nice breakfast option unfortunately we order one chicken sandwich and a tuna sandwich both, the bread were old and crumbled in pieces, definitely not a fresh bread. I put a complain with the waiter and they decided remove from my bill once I paid, at the front desk, the same happened with the chicken breast I ordered and was like rubber. In the end we had a great time, the staff it’s amazing and very very friendly I recommend, unfortunately I was out of lucky but I guess this things happens. So the review it’s good but jo excellent. In the end was a good experience
