Nossa estadia foi extremamente frustrante desde a chegada. No quarto havia formigas enormes, além de o secador de cabelo não funcionar, o que já demonstra falta de manutenção e higiene. Ao chegarmos à noite, tentamos estacionar no estacionamento do hotel, mas o segurança Paulo informou que não havia mais vagas e nos orientou a deixar o carro em um galpão do hotel sem câmeras de segurança, o que nos deixou inseguros. Poucos minutos depois, um carro branco entrou e estacionou normalmente, mesmo com o estacionamento supostamente lotado. Ao questionarmos, foi dito que o casal teria ido apenas à farmácia, porém a mulher saiu do carro com uma caixa de pizza, o que contradiz a explicação. Procuramos o Sr. Wilson da recepção para esclarecimentos e, após uma conversa confusa, ele simplesmente disparou o alarme de incêndio sem motivo algum, causando constrangimento e desconforto. Para completar, na manhã seguinte, por volta das 08h50, enquanto ainda nos organizávamos para sair, a camareira abriu a porta do quarto com o cartão dela, perguntando se já iríamos embora, mesmo o checkout sendo às 11h. Percebemos que esse comportamento estava acontecendo com outros hóspedes também, o que é uma clara invasão de privacidade. Tentamos falar com a gerente Vanessa, mas tanto o Sr. Wilson (turno noturno) quanto o funcionário do turno da manhã se recusaram a fornecer o contato. Infelizmente, a experiência foi marcada por desorganização, falta de profissionalismo, insegurança e desrespeito ao hóspede

Ficamos o total de 5 dias, dois desses dias não houve limpeza no quarto , hotel sujo cheio de teia de aranha, baratas, estacionamento adicional cheio de entulhos e restos de material de construção sem controle remoto. Os pontos positivos são que os funcionários são muito solícitos e cordiais e, a cama e o chuveiro eram bons. O ponto negativo é que nosso quarto o 263, não tinha nada à ver com as fotos que vimos no aplicativo. No aplicativo o quarto era novo, mas quando chegamos nos deparamos com um quarto antigo, com móveis muito antigos e não tivemos nem coragem de colocar nossas coisas no guarda-roupa que tinha apenas um cabide de madeira também muito antigo. O quarto aparentemente passou por pequenas reformas recente como pintura da parede e box novo no banheiro. Fora isso era tudo muito antigo

Confesso que esperava mais desse hotel , achei o conforto do quarto medio , sem falar no barulho no corredor e de madrugada tem uns arrastados de móveis , tinha visto algum comentário sobre, mas achei que fosse algo pontual ,os itens do banheiro não eram trocados todos os dias após limpeza, fui trocado de quarto pq o primeiro estava com o ar condicionado quebrado, que por sinal era jurássico. A TV não era smart , então so pegavam canais normais. O café da manhã era bom , muitas variedades, pra quem gosta de coisas doces , o lugar é o certo.
